רמה חדשה של טמטום
אני חושב שהגענו לרמה חדשה של טמטום וכמה מפתיע, הפעם זה שוב אמריקני.
שחקן תובע את חברת NCSoft הקוריאנית (שאחראית על Lineage ו-Aion) על כך שהם עשו את Lineage II ממכר מדי ולא הודיעו לו מראש.
עד מתי?
מתי הם יבינו שהם צריכים לקחת קצת אחריות על עצמם והם לא יכולים להפיל את כל האחריות החוצה?

this reasoning is the foundation for most of the more ridiculous lawsuits in the us.
because if you win you get A LOT for nothing and if you lose its a gamble that you happen to lose.
because the jury are fickle and unpredictable way of judging in court big organizations and government offices may prefer the lesser hassle of a court where a good enough rhetoric from a lawyer may end the issue with far greater costs than a simple 10% cost settlement.

“המשחקים שלנו כל כך טובים שחייבו אותנו לשים עליהם מדבקת אזהרה” נשמע כמו סלוגן מצויין.
אז בעצם, מערכת המשפט הבריטית שלנו יותר טובה?
כן היא יותר טובה.
היא לא מבוססת על דעת קהל אלא על חוקים ואנשים שכל מקצועם הוא להבין את החוים הללו ואיך לשפוט אנשים על פיהם.
לעומת זאת, אתה נדרש ללבוש גלימה מגוחכת.
