Working Out the Dents
Well, the wood shop was a bust.
I was supposed to working in our furnitue workshop but I couldn’t stand it. The noise, the smoking, the boredom with no way to elviate it. It was too much for me so I decided to give it up. Sorry, but that is not my kind of work.
I also tried to call my friend Adam back to see if he found anything for me at the gas-station but he didn’t answer and didn’t call back so I was left on my own. No matter.
I talked to our Personal Management Person again and to our Colbo manager about working there. They weren’t very pleased by the fact that I was planning to go to a summer camp in the US in the summer but she said she’ll consider it.
Turns out it’s alright. They probably accepted it on the fact that giving jobs to kibbutz residents is first priority. I will start working sunday and we’ll see how it goes from there.
